Tom,

As Rudyard Kipling said, "God could not be everywhere, and therefore he made mothers." My deepest sympathies to you and your family. Moms are such important people in our lives and help shape us into the people we become.

To the entire Michaels family - My mother and I want to express
our sadness at the passing of Mae. She was a lovely woman who
always was so full of life. I remember the days at Bethany when
Mae was our Luther League leader - she was truly an original!
Take some solice in knowing she is now in peace and in the arms
of her Lord.

To all -- I am so saddened by your loss. Aunt Mae was such an energetic, enthusiastic, happy, articulate person. As a child I can remember how the mood became so funloving when she and Uncle Mike made their visits back home, and how she was so interested in our lives when she spoke. It was so pleasant to go to Aunt Aileen''s and visit on their returns. Always a smile!! I can''t help but think of all the lives she positively influenced as a teacher, church member, community member, grandmother and yes, as an Aunt. So to Uncle Mike, Joyce, Jim, Tom , and your families, although we will not be at the Service, our thoughts and prayers will be. We have all been Blessed by having Aunt Mae in our lives!
